Full Disclaimer
Build My Weekend is a planning and comparison aid. It does not provide guaranteed prices, bookings or live availability.
Cost and budget estimates
All accommodation, food, activity and other trip-cost figures are indicative estimates based on the information and assumptions available to the app. They are not quotations, offers or guaranteed prices. Actual costs can differ because of provider rate changes, seasonal demand, dates, group size, inclusions, taxes, fees and other circumstances.
Fuel estimates depend on the distance used, the fuel price and the vehicle-consumption figure entered or selected. Actual fuel use and cost vary with the vehicle, load, driving style, road and traffic conditions. Fuel already in the tank is treated as already paid in the planner's cash-spend calculation; it does not mean that fuel has no economic cost.
Any amount shown as remaining from a budget is an estimate based on the displayed assumptions. It is not a guarantee that the trip can be completed within that budget. Some costs may be missing, unavailable or not included, including campsite or accommodation charges where expressly stated.
Routes and destination information
Route distances and driving times are estimates from the routing service when a result is marked as route checked. They may change and do not guarantee road conditions, traffic, travel time, access or safety. Unchecked catalogue distances and times are indicative only.
Destination descriptions, facilities, activities, access details and research information may be incomplete, outdated or unverified. The current destination catalogue is a Western Cape pilot and is not a complete directory.
Prices, bookings and availability
Build My Weekend does not confirm accommodation or activity prices, reservations or availability. External links take you to third-party websites or search pages. Their content, prices, terms, privacy practices and availability are controlled by those providers and may change without notice.
Your checks before travelling
Before paying, booking or departing, confirm the full current price for your dates and group, availability, inclusions, extra charges, access requirements, permits, opening hours and relevant travel conditions directly with the provider or responsible authority. Check official weather, marine and safety information. Do not rely on this app for emergency decisions or as a substitute for professional, official or on-site advice.
Use of the estimates
Use the displayed figures to compare options and make an initial plan, not as a promise of final expenditure or suitability. You are responsible for checking the information that matters to your trip and deciding whether the destination and total cost are appropriate.
